WHAT IS INTERNAL FAMILY SYSTEMS (IFS) THERAPY?
Internal Family Systems (IFS) therapy offers the possibility of deep and transformational change, and can shift long-held feelings, states and beliefs that have become difficult to manage. During the therapy you will learn how to connect to every part of yourself – the parts of yourself that feel hurt, scared and sad as well as those that try hard to hide all of this from the world to help you carry on. The therapy is also guided by the findings of interpersonal neuroscience and represents a rewiring of the neurophysiological system to bring about profound integration and ease of being.
